Tibet Vista’s Annual Guide Honoring Ceremony Was Successfully Held in Lhasa.

Tibet Vista 2016 Excellent Guides Honoring Ceremony was held in Tibet Vista Lhasa Office on 12th December. The annual meeting aimed to honor dedicated guides who worked as a role model of Tibet tour service in 2016. Engaged in enthusiastic discussion and spirited atmosphere, seasoned Tibetan guides took turns to share their valuable experience. The ceremony, centering on ways to improve detailed service for Tibet tour, lasted four hours and ended with great success.

Yang Yong, general manager of Tibet Vista, made a speech in the ceremony on the works done this year. The travel agency had served 4900 foreign tourists to Tibet this year and was highly appraised by them. The number of tourists received ranked the first among all the travel agencies in the Tibetan zone, said Yang.

Gongga Dunzhu, native customer service manager in Tibet Vista Tibetan office, summarized the strong points made in the agency’s service to foreign clients and the weak points existed. All staffs discussed the problems in the works and possible solutions to them and how should they be improved in the future.

Twelve Excellent Travel Guides are selected via collective voting. Norbu was honored as the Best Guide of 2016 in the company for his excellent jobs done this year. He received 20 positive feedbacks in TripAdvisor in the firm’s official website. The names of the twelve excellent travel guides are as follows: Lhasa Ngawang, Sonam Tenpal, Tashi Namgal, Small Kunga, Junior Chodon, Senior Chodon, Renchen, Laste Tenzin, Phurbu Tsering, Tingre Nawang, Dargyal and Norbu.

As the core of the agency, our Tibetan guides played an important part in our travel business and greatly fostered the operations in the past years. In addition to the honoring, all staff reviewed the problems still existing in our operations and discussed the ways to provide better service to our clients in 2017.
