Tibet provides decent settlements for needy elders

The regional conference on concentrating support for people living with"five guarantees"and the orphans released that 7,984 needy elder Tibetans have been resettled in social welfare institutions,gerocomium and other supporting spots.
So far, Tibet Autonomous Region has allocated 240 million yuan on the "five guarantees" supporting projects, including providing public settlements and county-level gerocomium constructions.
The regional government plans to invest in 23 concentrating support projects for the "five guarantees"in 2013.Till now,13 counties have completed the approval process,and four of which have launched the construction.
With exceptional passion and outstanding leadership, Mrs. Catherine has dedicated herself to Tibet inbound tourism and China tour for 15 years. As one of the handful females who see great potential of Chinese inbound tourism, Catherine has made great contribution to promoting Tibet tourism and enhancing the employment of Tibetans and prosperity of local Tibetan community.
Over the years, she travelled overseas with Tibet Tourism Bureau many times to promote Tibet tourism. Currently, Catherine works as the marketing director of Tibet Vista, an opinion leader behind the whole team of Tibet Vista.
