In the morning August 18, the Tibetan snowy Angel Foundation launch ceremony was held in Fukang (international) health examination center, Fukang Hospital cardiovascular branch. "Tibet Snowy Angel Foundation" registered capital is200 million yuan, a non-public foundations, sources of income is the Tibetan Fukang Pharmaceutical Development Corporation's annual profit of 5% -10%, and the Fund's interest income from bank deposits and other legitimate income, mainly for medical and helping student, it insisted transparent fund management, set up a dedicated account, earmarking principle. Meanwhile, the two newly opened hospitals will also contribute to the development of Tibet's medical career, make great efforts to make the majority of patients seek care and be willing to enter the hospital for the treatment.

On the ceremony, the first 5 students received grants which funded Tibetan snow angel scene. It is reported that the subsidized student financial assistance standard 6000 yuan per person every year.
