It is hard to get Tibet train tickets in summer holiday

As summer holiday is coming, more and more students will travel to Tibet in this summer. It is hard to get Tibet train tickets in the summer holiday for it is also the peak tourism season of Tibet. It is said that there are over 3000 travelers going to Tibet every day in the peak time.

As summer is the best season to visit Tibet, many tourists travel to Tibet during this season. For students, summer holiday is a traveling season for them. Tibet is a dream place for many students. Taking train to Lhasa is most students’ choice for it is much cheaper and interesting than flying to Lhasa. Therefore, this makes it harder to get a train ticket to Lhasa and out of Lhasa.

At present, there are trains to Lhasa from Beijing, Chengdu, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Lanzhou and Xining. The trains from Beijing to Lhasa, Chengdu to Lhasa and Shanghai to Lhasa are the busiest among the trains to Tibet. If tourists cannot get a train tickets to Lhasa from these cities, they can go to Xining by train or by flight at first and then take the train from Xining to Lhasa. In this case, they can get the train tickets easier, without missing the stunning scenery along the Qinghai-Tibet Railway which is renowned as the world’s highest railway.

But booking train tickets 10 days before is necessary. Tourists to Tibet also can ask Tibet travel agencies to purchase train tickets for they can get the train tickets easier with an annual booking plan. We can also book train tickets for you.
