60-year-old Namgo came to worship Buddha in Lhasa from the Ngapa Tibetan-Qiang Autonomous Prefecture of Sichuan Province.
It has been her lifetime aspiration to pay homage to the holy Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, and Ramoche Temple in Lhasa, the capital city of the Tibet. Now her dream has come true.
Even though Namgo doesn’t speak the local Tibetan dialect in Lhasa, she smiles to the pilgrims along the circumambulation path as a way of saying “hello”.
