Photo shows a Tibetan artist works on a piece of Thangka painting at the scene during an exhibition held in the National Museum of China. Altogether 65 masterpieces by Nyangbon, an inheritor of Regong Thangka, are on show from April 10 to May 13. Huangnan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Qinghai Province is the hometown of Regong arts, which includes Thangka, murals, paintings and other Tibetan Buddhist art forms.
