At least 100 couples registered their marriage, which was five times of the daily average, according to deputy chief of marriage registration bureau in Chengguan District of Lhasa, on Feb. 14, the Valentine’s Day, also the Lantern Festival, 15th day of the Chinese lunar calendar.
