Airlines in Tibet Transport over 2.7 Million Aassengers in 2013

 

Airlines in Tibet transported 2.75 mln passengers in 2013, a record high in history, released by the China’s Civil Aviation Administration of the Tibet Autonomous Region on Jan. 2, 2014.
Thirteen airline routes were established in 2013, lifting the total airway number to 49. The amount of take-off and landing flights reached 26,469, 23.1% higher than that in 2012, according to statistics.
The amount of international passengers reached 43,706, which is 17.2 percent higher than that in 2012, as is released.
