Normally we include the Plan 1 into our package price. If you prefer to buy Plan 2 or Plan 3, you may consult our travel consultants for the price of the insurance coverage.
Our contract with you includes a Personal Travel Accident Insurance(in Chinese旅游意外伤害保险) bought from People's Insurance Company of China. When the agreed insurance accident happens according to the insurance contract, People's Insurance Company of China. will compensate for your corresponding loss; but the exact compensation amount and proportion cannot be ascertained before ratification by the according staff of the insurance company.
We, Tibet Vista, only take charge of the assistance with the insurance company to research, compensate and supervise whether the compensation is properly issued or not, instead of any other responsibility and compensation except those stated in the insurance contract with the insurance company. Any controversy can only resort to the Insurance Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant laws.
The insurance only covers accidents happening from the beginning of the tour organized by our agency to the end of the tour. We do not provide insurance against the loss beyond the trip arranged by us. In addition, if the insured terminates the trip organized by our agency unilaterally, the insurance period is terminated, too.
Note: The right to interpret is reserved by People's Insurance Company of China.
For Chinese Citizen, the maximum compensation is RMB100,000 yuan based on Personal Travel Accident Insurance purchased from People's Insurance Company of China. For the insured under sixteen years old, including sixteen, the maximum compensation is RMB50,000 yuan.(The right to interpret is also reserved by People's Insurance Company of China.)
Please pay attention to the escape clause based on Personal Travel Accident Insurance offered by People's Insurance Company of China.(The right to interpret is also reserved by People's Insurance Company of China.) The travel insurance policies may not provide cover if an incident occurred while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and so on.
Although we take all precautions to prevent you from any possible danger, there are still safety problems out of our control arising sometimes. We strongly advice you to purchase your own insurance as the complement of the tour insurance provided by our company.
