Qinghai Lake
Qinghai Lake is China’s largest inland lake and the largest salt-water lake. Being selected as 1 of the 5 most beautiful lakes by China National Geographic magazine, the water of Qinghai Lake shows different colors during different seasons. Also, the Bird Island is a big highlight, where swarms of birds can be seen in summer.
Namtso Lake
Namtso Lake is 1 of the 3 holy lakes in Tibet and the 2nd largest salt lake in China right behind Qinghai Lake. In Tibetan language, Namtso means heavenly lake. Its crystal water and clean scenery attract thousands of visitors from home and abroad every year. The ritual walk is also a big event. When it comes to Sheep Year of Tibetan calendar, prayer and believers will come here walking by the lakeside to receive the blessing.
Potala Palace
Potala Palace is a must-go place for anyone who travel to Lhasa. It was built by Songtsan Gambo for marrying the Princess Wencheng in Tang Dynasty. Since the 17th century, it had became the residence of Dalai Lama. This palace was built along the mountain, which would provide a fantastic view. Being as the political center, Potala Palace is also the religious center of Lhasa, and even Tibet.

As one of the handful females who see great potential of Chinese inbound tourism, Catherine has made great contribution to promoting Tibet tourism and enhancing the employment of Tibetans and prosperity of local Tibetan community.
