Tibetan locals are preparing for coming Tibetan New Year

Ornamental ram heads, symbolic of new year's good tidings, are on sale at a shop in Lhasa, capital of southwest China's Tibet Autonomous Region on February 6, 2012.
Now, if you have a chance to tour Lhasa, you may find that shops in Lhasa were full of goods for sale, and local residents started preparing food and home decorations to greet the coming Tibetan New Year on February 22. Ethnic Tibetans enjoy two long holidays in 2012 to celebrate Chinese Lunar New Year and Tibetan New Year respectively.
