Barkhor street is the street , where you can do kora (a religious circle of a building or mountain) with pilgrims and locals, and explore the old market. Tibetan Teahouse, where you can find the real Lhasa leisure life, with local people, enjoy the local food at local atmosphere.

Yamdrok-tso (4400m), 200km from Lhasa, is one of the three holy lakes in Tibet, the lake is in turquoise colore and surrounded by snow-capped mountains. Karola Glaceir, It isn’t a huge glacier, but the white glacier is spectacular from the highway, it is close enough (about 300 yards) to walk to from the highway.

Gyantse Kunbum, inside the famous Pelkor Monastery, is the largest stupa in Tibet with its crown-like golden dome and inside are endless series of tiny chapels you’ll find thousands of exquisite painting.

Then you can enjoy the far view of Gyangtse Fortress. And tourists can visit traditional Barley Mill and view the landscape of Barley Field(in summer).

Tashilunpo Monastery is now the largest functioning religious institution in Tibet and one of its great monastic sights. The huge golden statue of the Future Buddha is the largest gilded statue in the world. It is also the home of 11th Panchen Lama. Panorama of Himalaya. At Gyawula Pass(5180m), you can see the panorama of Himalaya range and Mt. Lhotse (8516m), Mt. Everest (8848m), Mt. Qowowuyag (8201m) and Mt. Mayalu (8463m).

Golden Everest (if the weather permits). At sunset, the summit of Mt. Everest takes on the reddish sun light, glowing gently, which is the best time to view Mt. Everest. The Rongbuk Monastery. The lonely monastery stands on 5200m height at the foot of Mt. Everest, and is the highest monastery in the world.

Hike to EBC. Taking 2 hours, the travelers are about to complete 4kms’ hike on mountain road to the highest point in the world. The Panorama of Himalaya(Tongla Pass 5120m). Tongla Pass(5120m) is the last high mountain pass before getting down to Sino-Nepal border, at Tongla Pass you will have another a closer view of the panorama of 7 mountains of Himalaya which are all above 7000 meters, and esp. Mt. Shishapangma(8012 meters).
