Lhasa Temperature in June, Daily Average Temperature
June is considered as one month among the best months of traveling to Tibet. The temperature of Lhasa in June is generally from 9℃ to 23℃. But the temperature varies great between day and at night. Around noon, a shirt might be enough while you might need a down jacket at night. Therefore, it is advisable to take clothes both for Winter and Summer if you are planning a tour to Lhasa in June.
There are many tourist sites in Lhasa deserving your visit. For exampel, the most famouse one is Potala Palace which is the landmark of Tibet and was inscribed to the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1994. Jokhang Temple is also very popular among tourists to Tibet. It is considered as the holiset place by Tibetan Pilgrims. The Barkhor street around Jokhang is a great place to exploring Tibetan culture.
