Overview

What Makes this Tibet Trip Different?

Kham Sang

Unlike the 5 days' river rafting tour in Lhasa, this 7 days' tour gives you more time to acclimatize to the high altitude. And you can tour the major religious sites inside and around Lhasa and do the challenging river rafting.

The 7-day Lhasa Tour includes three days of sightseeing Lhasa and two days of whitewater. The Drigung Chu is situated in an exquisite alpine valley about 2 hours from Lhasa. To undertake this trip you should be able to swim and you must be fit and fairly well acclimatized.

Insider Tips: Due to the latest regulation, whitewater rafting tours are now not available for international tourists, for safety concerns. (updated, Aug, 28, 2017);
