Sakya Lowa Family Hotel, run by a friendly Tibetan family, has great atmosphere and newest triple rooms which are clean, fresh and furnished with decent beds, new TVs and a few with yak-dung stoves. Toilets are of the pit kind and there are no showers. But the courtyard's pump can be regarded as showers if the weather permits.
