Why Tibet Is Also a Popular Destination for Couples?

Latest Update: June,25 2019

For years, Tibet has been a popular destination for couples. Some even propose here on the roof of the world. But what makes Tibet different on top of all other places? Let’s check it out.

Tibet: A Sacred Place to Show Your Deep Love

Most Tibetans believe in Buddhism and Lhasa, the capital of Tibet, has been known as the Snowland Sacred City. Many romantic love stories have happened here and are still happening.

Tibet Tour: A Tough Journey to Show Your Manhood

Just kidding. I know men and women share equal rights. But with an average altitude of above 4,000m, travelling in Tibet is not as easy as when at sea level. The weather is also dry here, sunlight is quite strong and temperature differences can be very huge between day and night. So it can be a bit tough for some people.

Tibet abounds in a variety of stunning views: EBC, Namtso, Yamdrok Lake, Lake Manasarovar…you name it. After coming to enjoy the views in Tibet, believe me, there are no so-called ‘scenery’ elsewhere in the world anymore. You know what? Some even proposed to their beloved ones in this holy land!
