Tibet Vista Was Awarded 2017 Certificate of Excellence by TripAdvisor

With utmost professionalism and great dedication to serve each of our clients better, Tibet Vista was again awarded Certificate of Excellence in 2017 by TripAdvisor in late June this year. The iconic owl badge was a special honor to tour operators and travel-related businesses that kept receiving excellent reviews from the world-wide travelers over a 12-month period.

Though looking small, the honor didn’t come easily. As the pioneer of Tibet inbound tourism since 1984, Tibet Vista promised to make memorable travel experience to our clients.

We helped our clients sort out Tibet Travel Permit for free, and booked the Tibet train and flight tickets; we encouraged our clients to see the genuine Tibet with their own eyes; we closely followed our clients’ health throughout the tour; we gave our clients eco-friendly bottles for use; and we sang with our clients, trekked with our clients, celebrate birthday with them and candidly cherished the every fleeting moment spent with them, etc.

In the second half of 2017, Tibet Vista would further fine-tune our Tibet tour service in an all-round way. As a fine tradition of Tibet Vista, we would keep listening to our clients’ feedback and respond to it promptly. More training courses will be arranged to our Tibetan guides. Meanwhile, we would also upgrade and enrich our tour products.
