Tibet Airline opens new flights

Tibet Airline has opened two new flights from Chengdu to Nanjing on Jan. 10 and from Chongqing to Shenzhen on Jan. 11.

The Chengdu-Nanjing flight has opened since Jan. 10 with the flight number of TV9839/9840. The flight departs from Chengdu at 20:35, and arrives in Nanjing at 22:50. The return trip will take off at 22:15 in Nanjing, and arrive in Chengdu at 1:05 Am.

The Chongqing-Shenzhen flight has opened since Jan.11 with the flight number of TV 9867/9868. The flight departs from Chongqing at 13:40, and arrives in Shenzhen at 15:40. The return trip will take off at 16:40 in Shenzhen, and arrive in Chongqing at 18:55.

According to responsible person from the Tibet Airline, Lhasa-Xining-Nanjing route will be restored from Jan. 11.

Tibet Airline Co. Ltd inaugurated its first flight in 2011. At present, it has five airports in Tibet and its airline network will gradually extend to China's main cities such as Chengdu, Chongqing, Hangzhou, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Beijing and so on. So far, Tibet Airline has handled more than 2.5 million air passengers.
