7th Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon Cultural Tourism Festival
The 7th Yarlung Zangbo Grand Canyon Cultural Tourism Festival was launched on Tuesday night in Nyingchi Prefecture of Tibet and will last for five days, conveying the theme of "Welcome to Nyingchi in the golden season of Autumn". The aim of the festival is to introduce the tourism resources of Nyingchi, the history and culture of the local Tibetans, the Loba and the Monba to the outside world, to promote the comprehensive development of tourism, economy and culture in Nyingchi and to encourage people to be in harmony with nature in their daily life.
With exceptional passion and outstanding leadership, Mrs. Catherine has dedicated herself to Tibet inbound tourism and China tour for 15 years. As one of the handful females who see great potential of Chinese inbound tourism, Catherine has made great contribution to promoting Tibet tourism and enhancing the employment of Tibetans and prosperity of local Tibetan community.
Over the years, she travelled overseas with Tibet Tourism Bureau many times to promote Tibet tourism. Currently, Catherine works as the marketing director of Tibet Vista, an opinion leader behind the whole team of Tibet Vista.
