The drive to Lhasa city from the Lhasa Gonggar Airport was filled with jaw-dropping scenery, snow-capped mountains, turquoise rivers, and endless sky. Along the way, Lhakpa shared fascinating stories about Tibetan culture and history, giving me my first glimpse into the soul of Tibet.
