Paro International Airport is the only airport in Bhutan that receives international flights from outside the kingdom. Nepal to Bhutan Flight: how to get to Bhutan from Nepal by air

The only international airport in Nepal, Tribhuvan International Airport lies around 5 kilometers from the city center of Kathmandu. Getting to the airport is easy, and you can travel by local bus, shuttle bus, or taxi. Paro lies 404 kilometers from Kathmandu and these 1 hour+ flights cost from around US$ 230 per person for a one-way economy flight.

Flights run to Paro from Kathmandu daily with Drukair, departing at 2:30pm and arriving at around 3:50pm. Bhutan Airlines flights run daily except Monday, departing at 10:30am and 3:00pm and arriving in Paro at 11:55am and 4:15pm.
