Tourists feel the stop of the time in Sakya, the remote town. Sakya Monastery is the only attraction there, but Sakya town is a good choice to stop for one night on the way from Lhasa to Mt. Everest Base Camp or Kathmandu. There are only 2 or 3 hotels for tourists' booking, but enough for a few visitors every day.No worry about accommodations in Sakya.
