We had a very nice guide, the tibetan monasteries were great and the Everest as well.
Only small comment is that sometimes they tried to put us in a cheaper hotel as in the itinerary....

But thank you and I will recommand your company to other people who like to go to Tibet!

Comments: Dear Tony, We just came back to Beijing after a pleasant tour in Tibet. The tour was well organized, the guide was very nice and helpful with a regular English. The driver was good and both very nice person.

The responsible for CITS in Lhasa we only met once after we had to insist a lot to pay him. He asked for dollars cash, but we had Yuans (as agreed with you) so he accepted.

Two comments that can improve the quality of your tours:

- The visit to SAMYE is great but you can better organize the boat trip. We had to pay 150 $Y to get a boat, but we had to wait long time for another large group of tourists , as the boat was full they gave us back 30 Y and charged 120Y but also charged the other group. After we had to pay 40 $Y for the car to the temple. On the way back there were no cars for us at the temple and to get the boat we had to ask a favor to the other group to take us in their bus to the boat. Thanks to the guide that asked the favor to the other guide. This could be better planned and included in your orientation that we have to pay locally to get there.

- The other point is hotel. In our program we had Kalish Hotel . First they took us to a small and not well kept hotel (where the agency is located). As we did not like they took us to Kalish that was full with no free room. After insistence of our guide they got us a room and hotel was very good. I imagined that when you have a tour you make a reservation at the Hotel you combine, but they had no reservation.

- We had to insist to go to dinner with cultural dance, as the local agency forgot it.

Besides those problems the visit was great, very interesting and pleasant.

Comments: For the trip, it's quite good. And the guide is also excellent. However, just the problem is that the way to Namtso Lake is too long, it's around 10 hours driving. Also the journey to Shigatse is too long and being too tired.
