We have travelled to Tibet last April, and I guess we were one of the first groups who went there when it opened last April 5. we were so busy that we were not able to send our feedback immediately. I don't know where to write so I am sending it here through inquiry mail. I think our coordinator was Miss Catherine.
We thank you very much for facilitating our trip to Tibet. You were very efficient in getting our train tickets for the dates that we wanted to travel. Everything went smoothly, even as we were apprehensive aboout dealings through the internet. Our permits, tickets were all delivered on time, we surely had peace of mind from day 1 of our journey. Once in Tibet, our guide Urgyan, met us. He was very accommodating and flexible in what we wanted for our journey. He did not bring us to "Tourists Traps" but showed us the beauty and authenticity of Tibet.
Our drivers (who I have a hard time remembering their names), were also very knowlegeable and cooperative. They brought us to wherever we requested them to. I hope all tours and tour guides are that way. Even our cars were well maintained. we only had a flat once, on our way back from Everest. But, amidst the cold air and darkness of our surroundings, they were able to fix it immediately. I will surely miss our guides and drivers and our most exotic journey ever.
We highly recommend your agency to anyone who will want to travel around china, specially the hard to go places. Thank you once again and I hope that this mail gets posted in your site so that travellers will know that you are an authentic and efficient company.

We are back from our holidays.
We have to thank you for your efforts to organise our trip to Tibet. Everything was well organised according to your schedule. The only draw back was the guide, Mr. Jang chup which was not very helpful due to the fact that he was not very experienced to handle foreign tourist and we had often the impression that he was the first time at certain places and unable to inform us about the culture. His English was not adequate enough to inform us in a way that made it for us understandable. Fortunately we he had a driver who was much more experienced than he and knew the all places very well but did not speak any English so he was for us not so valuable as for our guide. Anyway we where glad to have him to compensate the unexpired Mr. Jang chup .
We have recommended you to our friends which are also planning to visit Tibet.
