Hotels at Suburb Lhasa
There are some attractions in the suburb of Lhasa, so some hotels emerge at their proper moment. Most of the hotels are very simple, so it is better to drive back to Lhasa city. Nam-tso Holy Lake Hotel is not bad, which is a big camp located by the lakeside. Hotels near to Gonggar airport is poor, but they can help to avoid to get up very early.
It's a good idea to dwell in the Comfortable Hotel before travelers visit the second cave complex the next day. Location: Drak Yangdzong, Gongkar, Lhasa
Jama Trigang Tashi Guesthouse is close to the east of town, where there are minibuses which for Nyingma Jangre. It can offer many kinds of rooms, but the best is the triple room. Location: Medro Gongkar, Lhasa
There are spotless rooms, good beds, washbasins and squat toilets in Wenxin Zhaodaisuo which is opposite the Agricultural Bank. Location: Medro Gongkar county, Lhasa
Fangniu Binguan has the clean cabin with beds, or the tent for four people, or black yak-hair tent, which are all very cheap. Location: Nam-tso, Damxung
Yang Binguan which near the chapels offers the tent with foam beds for three or five people. Besides, you can have a dinner in a corking restaurant. Location: Damxung, Lhasa
Damxung Pema Hotel provides rooms with bathrooms decorated with Tibetan carpets and traditional furniture. There is a toilet in each dorm room. If it's late, the hotel is your best place. Location: Dang Qu Ka He East Road, Damxung
Nam-tso Holy Lake Hotel is known as the best place to stay for nights around Namtso Lake. It provides pleasant portioned four-bed tents and larger octagonal tents. If you need a quiet place, the anterior is your best choice. Location: Tashi Island, Namtso Lake, Damxung
Hunan Binguan east of the airport owns western bathroom and only the pricier standard rooms have the shower. Location: Zangxing Road, Gongkar County
Hangkong Binguan (Guesthouse) is a good choice for Budget travelers. Each room here has a basic bathroom without hot water. There's an cyber cafe. Lantian Binguan across the road is much the same, but without the attached bathrooms. Location: Gonggar Aiport, Lhasa
On the right of the terminal building, there lies the Airport Hotel. It provides spotless carpet, dim bathroom and hot-water boiler in each room. The cheaper standard rooms in the south block are a little darker. Location: Gonggar Aiport, Lhasa
