Zhangmu Hotels
Zhangmu is called "noisy Tibetan mountain town" and is the only way which must be passed from Lhasa to Kathmandu, so there are actually some comfortable hotels like Caiyuan hotel or Gang Gyen hotel. If tourists want the luxury class, they are suggested not to make the booking in Zhangmu and leave for Kathmandu directly.
Sherpa hotel is a simple guesthouse, but it is not a bad choice for the backpackers. Location: Zhangmu Town, Shigatse
Zhangmu Caiyuan Hotel is one of the best hotels in Zhangmu, clean and comfortable, but it is a little more expensive than any other hotel there. Location: Zhangmu Town, Shigatse
