The architectures are in well-bar style, which is called &ldquo;Bungwa&rdquo; by the Tibetan. It is located west towards east, taking the logs as the framework, soil and rubbles to build walls. The roof takes the birch-bark and the rough battens as the base, after that it was paved with &ldquo;Agar Earth&rdquo;. The inner oart is all built with wood. It has two floors: the first is in oblong shape, while the second is in the shape of &ldquo;L&rdquo;. There is sutra streamer rack on the roof. The exposed area, including doors, windows, etc. is dyed colors with paint or other homemade colored soil. There are white and red walls, colorful windows, along with the drip rocks in the shape of &ldquo;Æ·&rdquo;. Every household has an independent backyard used for cultivating flowers or as an orchard. The architectures of each unit are arranged in orders. The dwelling houses, the monastery, the workshops, along with the surrounding natural scenery have formed a harmonious spectacle.
