On both ends of the street stand respectively the sculptures named Ngangpo. The shape of it is exactly like the shelves used to dry highland barely by the local people. It symbolizes the development of Chamdo would be thriving. The design of the Changqing Street Program is people-oriented, and it emphasizes that the design should obey nature, respect human, and respect the local spirit.
