Itinerary

Day01 Arrive in Lhasa by flight or by train
Lhasa airport/Train station picking up, have a good rest to acclimatize the high altitude in the afternoon.
Overnight at Lhasa.

Day02:visiting the famous Potala palace, Jokhang temple and Barkhor street
In the morning section, you are going to visit the famous Patala palace, which is the land mark of lhasa and is recently considered one of the seven wonders of the world. Afternoon section, visiting Jokhang temple, built mainly for the "Jowoe" bring along with princess Wencheng from Xi'an during Tang dyansty and is grouped into world cultural heritage list by the UNESCO. Then exploring the famous old barkhor street, enjoing shoping traditional tibetan things around the street.

Day03:Sera monastery and Drepung monastery
Drepung monastery is situated at the foothill of a mountain and was founded by Jamyang Choeje in 1416. the monastery is divided into two different colleges that is Drepung loselling and Drepung Gomang college. The Ganden podrang is famous among them as it is the government centre during fifth dalai lama and later moved to the famous potala palace during fifth Dalai lama. By the time you can also the Nechung monastery located 1km southeast of Drepung and is the abode of the protector deity Pehar and the seat of the state Oracle of Tibet. the two main protector inside the monastery is that of Nechung choegyal and Palden lhamo.
In the afternoon exploring the Sera monastery which was founded in 1419 by Tsongkapa's disciple Jamchen Choeje. The whole monastery is divided into two colleges and there are Sera 'jhe' and Sera 'may respectively. Among them "Tsokhang chenmo" where the monks from all the colleges assemble and pray together there.you can also see monks debaiting there in the courtyard at around 6-7:30 in the afternoon section.Note: if you don't feel tired, you can try for the khora(circumambling around) Drepung and sera monastery.Your tour guide and driver will drop you back to your hotel.

Day04:Visiting the famous Norbulingka and Ramoche Temple
Norbulingkha is Tibetan word refers to "treature garden" lies at western supurbs of lhasa with 2km from Potala palace is listed as the world cultural heritage by the UNESCO. The norbulingkha is called summer palace and built by the seventh Dalai lama in mid 18th century. Later then the successive dalai lamas studied and stay during summer time. Then in aftrnoon section, visiting Ramoche temple which lies about 500m to the north of the Jokhang monastery. The sacred sculpture of Sakyamuni that built for Ramoche monastery and later moved into the Jokhang monastery.

Day05:Visiting Ganden monastery and enjoying the beautiful scenery around it(50km)with smooth plan tar road
Ganden monastery is about fifty kilometers east of lhasa and is first and primary monastery of Gelug sect in Tibet.Ganden monastery is situated on the Wangpori muontain with an elevation of 3800m above sea level. The monastery is initiated by Tsongkapa himself(founder of yellow hat sect in Tibet) and is also the first Ganden Tripa(Abbot) of the Ganden monastery. It is very interesting to go for Lingkor(circuit) around the monastery and you can also see the crack of rock which was magically done by Tsongkapa himself. Ask your tour guide for more information about this.

Day06:Drive to Lhasa airport and fly away from Tibet.
Your tour guide and driver will help to drop you at the Lhasa airport and you are going to leave Unforgetable Tibet .
