Communication was very prompt and informative. We also appreciated immensely your ability to get us the train tickets we requested from shanghai to Tibet which the other travel agencies are not able to offer . On a long trip like that, I would have hated to have anything but the soft sleeper accommodations!</p> <p>We would highly recommend your agency for anyone wanting to book a tour in Tibet. We were both very happy with the arrangements in Tibet. The Kyichu Hotel, where we stayed did everything to make sure we were comfortable in our stay. It is in an ideal location, very near the Bakor market and within walking distance to the Potala Palace.</p> <p>Mr.Tashi,CITS Lhasa office manager was very knowledgeable and accommodating in his dealings with us. your driver and guide--were both courteous and professional&nbsp; and the vehicles were well maintained and definitely met our expectations. Mr.Tashi suggestions proved invaluable in our time there. When the train arrangements proved difficult (the train did not run on the day we expected) Mr.Tashi&nbsp; gave us the option of returning a day early or staying an extra day while he covered the cost of the hotel. We stayed the additional day!</p> <p>Lottsie, our tour guide was a great source of information at all the sites we visited. He was able to give great background information on Tibetan culture in general and the Buddhist faith in particular. He was also able to recommend very good restaurants in our general area. Of course a few little changes had to occur&mdash;the Tibet Museum and Carpet Factory were not open so we were not able to see those.</p> <p>Lottsie really was on call 24 hours a day (not that we needed that but the other group required medical assistance and he stayed with them for long periods of time).
