Dear Forest,
having returned home to Austria this week after making additional stops in Nepal and Thailand I would like to take the opportunity to thank you and your agency for being so flexible when we had to rearrange our Tibet tour due to my wife’s not feeling too well.
Apart from that I would like to make a few comments:
We were very impressed by the excellent information and exact dealing during the arrangement of our trip
Phountsok has been a very good guide, being informative but at the same time keeping sufficiently in the background, which made the trip a very agreeable one
In addition we were impressed that your agency very unbureaucratically arranged for the refund of any amounts paid, which we did not use, due to the rescheduling of our tour and leaving out Everest base camp. Congratulation to such a smooth handling.
Altogether we enjoyed the trip immensely and you can be assured that we shall recommend your services to all our friends, as very efficient and reliable.
And in particular special thanks to you Forest for being a patient communicator with me during the preparation of our trip.
One advice: I would struck of the Gyantse Wutse hotel from any itinerary as it really did not seem to care: no wake up call, no hot water, breakfast in an inacceptable quality and an inacceptable way of presentation. I guess that there are some other hotels in Gyantse, who can top this level.
