Itinerary:
Day01 Lhasa / Tsedang/ Samye Monastery ( 170km, 2 hours driving)     
Morning time take the flight to Lhasa, local guide pick you from Lhasa Gongga airport driving to Zedang located by Yarlung Valley, is the capital of Shannan Prefecture with the fabulous wild river and colourful forest. It is reputed as "the cradle of Tibetan Civilization with the magnificent scenery of Yarlung Tsangpo river, then ferry to Samye dock, change the bus to Samye Monastery which is the first one built in the 7th century and has three building with different style (Tibetan Hans and India). Then back to Zedang town.      Overnight at Tsedang

                                                                                                  
Day02 Tsedang/Yumbulakang /Trundruk monastery/ Lhasa ( 250km, 4 hours driving, asphalt road in good condition ,  3700m, 10-17 centigrade)                    
Visit Yumbulakang Palace and Trundruk Monastery.    Overnight at Lhasa   

Day03 Lhasa ciy tour sightseeing ( asphalt road, 3595m,  15-19 centigrade) 
Morning time buy the entrance of Potala by yourself. Then visit Jokhang Temple, afternoon visit Drepung Monastery.              Overnight in Lhasa.   

Day04 Lhasa city sightseeing
Morning time visit Potala Palace, then afternoon to Sera Monastery.   
                                                        Overnight at Lhasa.

Day05 Lhasa/Namtso Lake (250km, 4 hours driving, asphalt road in good condition ,  4178m, 5-15 centigrade)
In the morning around 08:00am, our guide and drive pick you from your hotel, then we leave Lhasa to Namtso Lake. On the way you will see the huge grassland of Naqu and have a chance see the sky road- Qinghai Tibet Railway passing through it look likes a dragon. Then the Nyenchen Thanglha snow mountain ranges in front of you, and also you will pass the Nagela Pass. Namtso Lake is the Heavenly lake which is one of the three holy lakes of Tibet (other two is Yamdrotso lake, at Shigatse area, Lake Manasarova at Nagri) and also the highest salt lake. You can do a very relax  trekking around the lake side and Zhaxi Island. You can enjoy the sunset by the lake.                             Overnight at Namtso Tent guest house

Day06 Namtso lake/ Yandrotso lake/ Friend-ship Highway/ Shigatse (590km, 7hours driving,asphalt road in good , 3900m, 15-19 centigrade)
Morning time see the sunrise beside the holy lake , Take pass Gangbala Mt. which is over than 5000m, then to Yamdrotso lake which is one of the three holy lakes in Tibet (another 2 is Namtso lake and Manasarova). Then arrive at Shigatse visit TashiLumpo Monastery which was Built in1447 , spectacular tombs of Panchen Lamas .                                   Overnight at Shigatse           

Day07 Shigatse/ Gyangtse/Lhasa(540km, 6hours driving,asphalt road in good , 3950m, 15-19 centigrade)
Morning time depature from Shigatse to Gyangtse, visit Gyangtse Kumbum, far view of Zongshan ruins. Then back to Lhasa.                  Overnight at Lhasa

Day08 Lhasa airport dropping off.
Morning time Lhasa airport dropping off, take the flihgt back to Chengdu or Beijing, Shanghai,Xian...

Warm Notes:
1. Please take one warm overcoat cloth when you travel to Namtso lake that it is a little bit cold than in Lhasa city.
2. The part of road from Yamtso Lake to Langkazi is repairing now, So can not go directly from Langkazi to Gyangtse must be back for Friend-ship Highway to Shigatse then to Gyangtse.
