Itinereary :    
Day01  Chengdu/Nyingtri(100km, 3hours driving, asphalt road in good condition, 2740m, 12-18 centigrade)   
Take the plane from Chengdu to Nyingtri at 07:30am and gets to there around 09:15am, arrange the credential, head for the Nyingtri Cypress Forest which has 2600 years long, pass through the Sela area then head for the aboriginal forest-Lulang Forests.                                             Overnight at Bayi.

Day02  Bayi/Niyang River/Bayi    
After breakfast, head for the conjunction of Niyang River and Yarlung Tsangpo River, visit the spectacular of the flowing water which you may plaint the majesty, grandness and superb of the nature. After seeing, pass through the charming and gentle Niyang Riverside, head for the dock to ride the barge. On the both sides, there are the thickly dotted aboriginal forests, continuous snow mountain with the fabulous scenery, you also can overlook the cradle of the Benjiao---Benri Holy Mountain. During the way, enjoy Qujiaowu Templae, Fozhang dene, the lake pine tree, at last get to the Yarlun Tsangpu Valley Rukoupai Town. We have arranged the special trekking tour for you which heads for one of the best touring site in Mt. Nanjiabawa ---Daduka. If the weather is good, you will have a chance to have a look of the famous Mt. Nanjiabawa(buy the Niyang touring site entrance by yourself)                                               Overnight at Bayi

Day03  Bayi Town/Barksum-tso/Lhasa ( 470km, 7hours driving, asphalt road in good condition, 2600m, 15-19 centigrade) 
Morning visit the Guangdong-Tibet Aided Base, enjoy the Southeast Pontlevis Valley and the Small Switzerland in Tibet---Darksum-tso which looks like one crescent inlayed in the valley, 12km long, hundreds kilometers wide, with the area of 6000mu. With the yellow duck, white crane,fish, water with the beautiful inverted image  Which make the lake fabulous. After enjoy the beauty, drive back to Lhasa.                                                 Overnight at Lhasa

Day04  Lhasa ciy tour sightseeing ( asphalt road, 3595m,  15-19 centigrade) 
Morning time buy the entrance of Potala by yourself. Then visit Jokhang Temple, afternoon visit Drepung Monastery.                     Overnight in Lhasa.

Day05  Lhasa city sightseeing
Morning time visit Potala Palace, then afternoon to Sera Monastery.   
                                                     Overnight at Lhasa.

Day06 Lhasa/Namtso Lake (250km, 4 hours driving, asphalt road in good condition ,  4178m, 5-15 centigrade)
In the morning around 08:00am, our guide and drive pick you from your hotel, then we leave Lhasa to Namtso Lake. On the way you will see the huge grassland of Naqu and have a chance see the sky road- Qinghai Tibet Railway passing through it look likes a dragon. Then the Nyenchen Thanglha snow mountain ranges in front of you, and also you will pass the Nagela Pass. Namtso Lake is the Heavenly lake which is one of the three holy lakes of Tibet (other two is Yamdrotso lake, at Shigatse area, Lake Manasarova at Nagri) and also the highest salt lake. You can do a very relax  trekking around the lake side and Zhaxi Island. You can enjoy the sunset by the lake.                             Overnight at Namtso Tent guest house

Day07 Namtso lake/ Yandrotso lake/ Friend-ship Highway/ Shigatse (590km, 7hours driving,asphalt road in good , 3900m, 15-19 centigrade)
Morning time see the sunrise beside the holy lake , Take pass Gangbala Mt. which is over than 5000m, then to Yamdrotso lake which is one of the three holy lakes in Tibet (another 2 is Namtso lake and Manasarova). Then arrive at Shigatse visit TashiLumpo Monastery which was Built in1447 , spectacular tombs of Panchen Lamas .                                   Overnight at Shigatse                   

Day08 Shigatse/ Gyangtse/Lhasa(540km, 6hours driving,asphalt road in good , 3950m, 15-19 centigrade)
Morning time depature from Shigatse to Gyangtse, visit Gyangtse Kumbum, far view of Zongshan ruins. Then back to Lhasa.                      Overnight at Lhasa

Day09 Lhasa airport dropping off.
Morning time Lhasa airport dropping off, take the flihgt back to Chengdu or Beijing, Shanghai,Xian...

Warm Notes:
1. Please take one warm overcoat cloth when you travel to Namtso lake that it is a little bit cold than in Lhasa city.
2. The part of road from Yamtso Lake to Langkazi is repairing now, So can not go directly from Langkazi to Gyangtse must be back for Friend-ship Highway to Shigatse then to Gyangtse
