Itinerary:
Day01: Chengd/ Lhasa airport/ Tsedang ( Lhasa ariport 170km, 2 hours driving, asphalt road, 3595m, 15-19C)    
Morning time our staff pick you from your hotel in Chengdu then dropping of you to Chengdu airport help you check in. 2 hour fligth you will arrive at Lhasa Gongga airport. You guide will pick you from Gongga airport to Tsedng. Visit Yumbulakang Palace and Trundruk Monastery.         Overnight at Tsedang 

Day02: Tsedang/ Samye Monastery/ Tsedang( 170km, )     
Morning time take the flight to Lhasa, local guide pick you from Lhasa Gongga airport driving to Zedang located by Yarlung Valley, is the capital of Shannan Prefecture with the fabulous wild river and colourful forest. It is reputed as "the cradle of Tibetan Civilization with the magnificent scenery of Yarlung Tsangpo river, then ferry to Samye dock, change the bus to Samye Monastery which is the first one built in the 7th century and has three building with different style (Tibetan Hans and India). Then back to Zedang town.    Overnight at Tsedang

Day03: Tsedang/ Yamdrotso Lake/ Gyantse/ Shigatse ( 510km, 7 hours driving, asphalt road in good condition ,  3950m, 10-17 centigrade)
Morning time driver from Tsednag to Holy lake Yamdrotso. Arrive at Gyangtse visit Gyangtse Kumbum, far view of Zongshan ruins. Over night at Shigatse.    

Day04: Shigatse/ Lhasa ( 340km, 4 hours driving, asphalt road in good condition ,  3700m, 10-17 centigrade)
Morning time visit Shigatse visit TashiLumpo Monastery which was Built in1447 , spectacular tombs of Panchen Lamas. Then back to Lhasa.                       

Day05: Lhasa ciy tour sightseeing ( asphalt road, 3595m,  15-19 centigrade) 
Morning time visit Potala Palace. Then afternoon visit Jokhang Temple, walk around Barkhour Market.                                     Overnight in Lhasa.

  
Day06: Lhasa city sightseeing
Morning time visit  Drepung Monastery, then afternoon to Sera Monastery.
                                                    Overnight at Lhasa.
                                                       
Day07: Lhasa airport dropping off.
Morning time Lhasa airport dropping off, take the flihgt back to Chengdu or Beijing, Shanghai,Xian...
