It is a neighbor to India and Myanmar to the south.</p> <p>The prefecture has a total area of 117,000 square kms and a population of more than 140,000, has 7 counties under its jurisdiction. With green mountain slopes, snow-capped peaks and crystal-clear rivers, it looks just like heaven on the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau.</p> <p>Located 80km east of Bahel, Bayi is a large Han Chinese military town, where the administrative office of Nyingtri Prefecture. The attractions are around Bayi town. Bayi is expanding quickly.
