Bankar Monastery

Bankar Monastery treasured the most cultural relics in Banbar County. It was evaluated as the Cultural Heritage Protection Site of Tibet Autonomous Region in 2007. the mail hall of Bankar Monastery was preserved during the Cultural Revolution because it was made into granary at that time. It is a typical architecture of Ming Dynasty and has a characteristic style.
