The only thing you should take with is water and a packed lunch.</p> <p>There is a minibus No.2 at Trandruk Monastery and Yumbulagang. You can take the bus for 2km northward, then get off at kilometer marker 373. After that, you can walk along the side road westwards for 15 minutes. After turning to the left, you will see the small Tashi Choden Monastery. Now there are 20 monks live in.</p> <p>After you finish your visit here, you can go north. Follow the base of the hillside for 25 minutes, and you can go up to Rechung-puk. Or, you may also keep going further north to Khurmey village. The village is 20-minute walk up to the monastery. A white chorten is on the halfway.</p> <p>If you have see enough of the main Heruka cave, you can head over the back side of the ridge. Pick up your own way and go down through the ruins. Then after past a looted chorten, keep walking to the minor road at the base of the ridge. You follow the road for another 10 minutes, then you will reach a small village. There is a path here, leading up to a cleft in the rock. The rock is decorated with prayer flags. It is called the Bhairo-puk. Though small in size, the cave houses a couple of hermits, a stone handprint and statue of the translator Vairocana.</p> <p>After visiting the cave, you can go down back to the village. Then you go west,&nbsp; following a dirt track. The track leads to the large Gongtang Bumpa chorten . Finally, you can also follow the main road from Tsetang to Chongye.
