In Tibet, the sunshine duration is long and the temperature difference is big. The temperature ranges from 10&nbsp;degrees Celsius&nbsp;to 25&nbsp;degrees Celsius&nbsp;during daytime of year, while below 10 degrees Celsius in the night and even below 0&nbsp;degrees Celsius&nbsp;when visit the lake or mountain. </font></p> <p><font face="Verdana">Regarding the dusty and dirty road out of Lhasa, to dress in black or other heavy color clothes is a good choice. Under warm weather, the long loose lightweight-cotton clothes can help you keep off strong sunshine and mosquito. Swim-suits and shorts is for your rafting or hotspring tour, but monasteries don't welcome shorts.
