First off we were most impressed by your willingness and ability to adjust the itinerary to match our everchanging criteria (price, dates, # of travelers). We contacted quite a few travel agencies, and you were the only agent we found who was able to truly create an amazing tour to match our needs. We are incredibly grateful for this.<br /> <br /> &nbsp;That being said the itinerary you created for us was amazing. While at times it felt a little bit rushed, we were able to see so many different parts of Tibet in a very short amount of time. Every sight we went to, except maybe the Sera Monastery, were very interesting and involved lots for us to see and do. The time we spent at Mt. Everest was definitely the highlight of the trip. We loved getting the opportunity to spend the night in the tents and then hike to the actual base camp the next day.<br /> <br /> &nbsp;We were very pleased with the car and driver and for the most part our accommodations. They were very nice and of very good value in Lhasa and at EBC. The bathrooms of our hotel in Shigatse were dark, unclean and not fully functional, but we weren&rsquo;t too disappointed seeing as to the fact that we were staying in budget lodging.<br /> <br /> &nbsp;My only critiques of the trip would be the payment issue when we arrived in Lhasa. It was quite a surprise to reach the hostel and be told we had to fork over 3000-5000RMB, but were relieved to hear that you helped get that resolved. We understand that miscommunications happen. Also, our guide told us that he never received a copy of our itinerary and frequently had to use ours to figure out exactly what we were supposed to be doing. It seems like it would have been much easier for him had he been provided this beforehand. Finally, there were a couple instances where our guide had to leave us to see two sights on our own to go get more paperwork. This may have been unavoidable given our tight schedule, but it would have been nice if he had been with us in the sights.<br /> <br /> &nbsp;As I have said we had an amazing time. It was definitely one of the best trips of my life and have already started recommending to my friends here in Hong Kong that they should use you guys if they want to try and travel to Tibet.
