The 14th Moscow International Travel and Tourist Exhibition ( MITT) successfully ended on March 24, 2007 in Expocentr at Krasnaya Presnya, Moscow Russia with more than 40 thousand visitors inquiring about packages and discounts offered by different tour operators offering various destinations. Started from March 21, it was organized by the renowned Russian exhibition business company , The ITE.

Nepal's participation was made under the aegis of Nepal Tourism Board in close coordination with Nepalese Embassy in Moscow. Two Nepalese Private companies Avia Club Nepal Pvt. Ltd and South Asian Holidays Pvt. Ltd also took part in this fair as participants.

Nepal's participation in MITT exhibition provided Nepalese Travel Trade with an opportunity to obtain complete information on the market, get acquainted with the interest of the consumers, take professional opinions and personally interact with the leaders of the tourist industry.

The fair was participated in by more than 2700 companies from 110 different countries round the globe. Forum Pavilion featured international companies, hotels, airline companies and tourism departments from the South-Eastern Asia, Middle East and Africa.

The New Nepal's Tourism Brand identity "NATURALLY NEPAL Once is not enough" made special impression to the Russian tourists. The participation further polished the image of Nepal repositioning it as a premiere holiday destination in the Russian market.
