Come to see it. What a mysterious canyon. What a miracle in nature! The Namjabarwa Canyon on the Yarlung Tsangpo River, listed as the most mysterious wonder in the world, is a great canyon covered by green vegetation completely so attractive to the world that no other places can compete with. Namjabarwa, a piece of land hidden in remote Tibet, is treasured as the last pure land of the world.The Yarlung Tsangpo River cuts through in the valley between Namjabarwa Summit, creating the magnificent river bend of Namjabarwa, the deepest canyon in the world. Highlights of the bend come into your eyes at the top of it. As kept so far away from civilization by remoteness, it is really an unpolluted paradise for wild animals and plants, among which, some are the rare and precious ones that can not be found elsewhere. Natives living in this canyon are the Lhoba and Moenba Ethnic Groups. Their primitive living customs and strong worship of sexual organ are so unique that can only be seen and experienced in this region.

Day01 Chengdu/Beijing/Shanghai/Xian/Chongqin/Kunming to Lhasa
Lhasa airport picking up, have a good rest in the afternoon. Overnight at Lhasa.
Day02 Lhasa sightseeing
Visit Potola Palace, Johkang temple, and Barkor Market. Overnight at Lhasa.
Day03 Lhasa sightseeing
Visit Drepung Monastery, Sera Monastery, overnight at Lhasa.
Day04 Lhasa - Cuogaohu Lake
Sightseeing in the Lhasa River valley, grassland and snow mountains. Camping.
Day05 Chuogaohu Lake
Sight-seeing on the beautiful Cuogaotso Lake. Camping.
Day06 Chuogaohu Lake - Bayi Town.
Experience the folk custom s of the Menba Minority. Overnight in hotel.
Day07 Bayi Town - Pailong Village.
Tour in the forest by 4WD. Hire local farmers to carry utensils for trekking. Camping.
Day08 Pailong Village - Bangqiang.
Trekking downward Pailong Tsangpo to see the canyon, hot spring, virgin forest and investigate the ruins and marks of hillslides and slash-and-burn cultivation. Camping.
Day09 Bamgqiang - Menzhong.
Continue trekking downward Pailong Tsangpo to see the mysterious nature. Camping.
Day10 Menzhong
Trekking to experience the mysteriousness of Namcha Barwa Canyon, the beauty of the great river bend, the Namcha Barwa Peak and Jialabeili Peak and to explore in the canyon. Camping.
Day11 Menzhong - Yanpang
Trekking back along the former way. Camping.
Day12 Yanpang - Pailong Village - Bayi Town.
Trekking back to Pailong Village and go to Bayi Town. Overnight in hotel.
Day13 Bayi Town - Jiacha
See the dry river bed of the Yarlung Tsangpo River with sand hills and rare vegetation. Overnight in local hotel.
Day14 Jiacha - Gongga Airport
Go upstream the river to enjoy the scenery of the valley. Airport dropping off, end the trip.
