Under the foot of the holy Mountain Kailash in Nagri Prefecture, northwestern Tibet, there are several mud-brick buildings beside a small bus stop, with a visible signboard named "Chengdu Grand Hotel". Chengdu is the capital of Sichuan province, east to Tibet.
