Highland barley harvest has started in Tibet
Tsanba or roasted barley flour, is a kind of main food for Tibetan daily life. People who have Tibet travel are always interested in it for its cute name. Actually it can be called fired highland barley noodle. After harvest barley the Tibetans will dry it in the sun, then fried and grating. Tsaba looks like the fried noodle in north China but this Tibetan flour do not need grind the skin.
Now it's the season to harvest highland barley.

Barley and wheat growers along the Yarlung Tsangpo River have started their annual crop harvest since the beginning of August. At this time the fields become golden and the highland barley have grown particle satiated which is the best tiome to harvest.
