Thangka Special Stamps to be issued

the Thangka Special Stamps including a set of four stamps and one small sheet which will be published by the Lhasa Branch of Tibet Autonomous Region Postal Corporation

It’s said that a kind of Thangka Special stamp will be published on May 18, 2014.It’s including a set of four stamps and one small sheet will be published by the Lhasa Branch of Tibet Autonomous Region Postal Corporation.

In order to carry forward the characteristics of Tibetan culture and satisfy the needs of stamp enthusiasts, the Lhasa Branch will hold the premiere of Thangka Special Stamps and an exhibition of series of Thangka stamps at that day.

The set of stamp is designed by Liu Zhao and Fang Jun, and the small sheet is designed by Wang Huming.
