An oil painting entitled "Expectation" by Jiang Xincheng, an artist from north China’s Jilin Province won the first prize in the First "Beauty of Tibet" Painting Exhibition in Beijing in November 2011. And his artwork was again well-received at the reception kicking off the painting exhibition in Berlin, Germany, July 26, 2012. People have Tibet travel always be care for the news of Tibet must know the "Beauty of Tibet" painting exhibition inaugurated in Berlin, capital of Germany recently has received favorable responses from local celebrities, visitors and overseas Chinese.

"I just want to show the sincerity, honesty and kindess of the Tibetan people through people’s expressions and the composition of the painting" , said Jiang Xincheng.

For this exhibition, Jiang brought a new art piece entitled "Skething in Tibetan areas" as a special gift to the German audience, after coming back from Tibet’s Nyingchi and Namtso in June this year.

He stayed there for 11 days. Though his trip was short, he was deeply impressed by the beautiful landscape and architecture in Tibet.

"Sketching is the source of the art creation, and the most direct language. It tells the true feelings of artists," Jiang said. "Only by sketching can paintings strike the audience."

In this painting, bridges and houses selected by the artist, unveiled the change of Tibetan people’s life with more emphasis on the nuance of the color, making it perfect and more vibrant. In the meanwhile, it integrates some modern elements such as the use of lines.
