Ngari promotes to protect consumers' rights
An old lady get to know consumers' rights
Officials with the local industry and commercial bureau strengthened the publicity on consumers' rights and the improved "Law on Protection of the Rights and Interests of Consumers" to the consumers in the communities,schools,stores and supermarkets,in order to enhance the abilities to maintain their own rights in consuming.
"It is feasible for me to identify the junk food and the goods exceeding the time limit thanks to the publicity from the official with the local industry and commercial bureau",said Phurbu Tsering,a student with the local primary school.
Besides, the local industry and commercial bureau discovered and seized forged and fake commodity of over eleven tons with 245 sorts on Mar.15, known as the International Day for Protecting Consumers’Rights.
It has made progress in improving the various of markets on vehicles accessories,electricity,building materials,tourism,local specialty,agricultural materials and stores surrending schools during 2013.
The bureau aimed to continuously improve the comsumers' rights protection mechanism in 2014.
With exceptional passion and outstanding leadership, Mrs. Catherine has dedicated herself to Tibet inbound tourism and China tour for 15 years. As one of the handful females who see great potential of Chinese inbound tourism, Catherine has made great contribution to promoting Tibet tourism and enhancing the employment of Tibetans and prosperity of local Tibetan community.
Over the years, she travelled overseas with Tibet Tourism Bureau many times to promote Tibet tourism. Currently, Catherine works as the marketing director of Tibet Vista, an opinion leader behind the whole team of Tibet Vista.
