Why the hada turn into green？

In the picture, people all wear green hada which supposed to be white.

Why the hada turn into green? According to chinatibetnews, it’s the symbol of a Tibet public activity, the most important goal is protecting the Tibetan grassland and ecology. The “Green hada” is going to plant ten thousands hectare trees in Tibet. At present, 1600 hectare tame pasture has been built. This program is planned to be completed in several years.
