Tibet carried out various art exhibition and give an active cultural life for the masses

Reporters learned from the regional cultural sector, recently our region launched Thangka exhibition, exhibition of Tibetan masks, Tibetan art exhibits and many other activities, fully display the charm of our region's traditional culture, animate the cultural life of the masses.  
 
Tibetan art exhibition

On August 3, Tibet Mask Art Exhibition was held in the autonomous region of organized by Mass Art, the exhibition from Lhasa, Shigatse, Chamdo 5 mask making masters produced 160 works of art. Mass Art, deputy director of the autonomous region Ngawang Tenzin said, mask divide into region mask and folk religion mask two categories, the region mask is divided into religious ritual masks and face suspension; folk mask is divided into Tibetan opera mask and folk art, dance masks, each with distinct characteristics.  
 
Tibetan opera performance is the highlight of Shoton Festival. During the Shoton Festival, the autonomous Tibetan Art Gallery through a lot of theater in kind, text, pictures, videos, live performances, showing the Tibetan history, Displayed Tibetan opera genre, Tibetan clothing, Tibetan opera masks, Tibetan performing arts, Tibetan achievements, etc., become the ideal place of Tibetan opera lovers.
 
During Shoton, the third Tibetan Thangka Art Fair also meet with the audience, famous masterpiece collection in Norbulingka are enriched the festival.
 
Last week, there are all kind factions of Thangka exhibition launched to show the traditional culture and enrich people's cultural life.
