Tibet Communications Department issued 318 traffic control bulletin mentioning bypass line

In the evening of August 2, The Tangemai bridge collapsed, the traffic of Road 318 was disrupted. Tibet Autonomous Region Department of Transportation was making a resolution and developing programs to take engineering measures to ensure reopened. From now on, State Road 318 line implemented traffic control, personnel, vehicles, please bypass other routes.

     Control Time: Began at August 3, 2013, deregulation until further notice.
 
2>The Bypass Line
 
     Bypass routes between Lhasa and Chamdo: Lhasa—Nagqu-- Suoxian --Baqen --Dengqen – Leiwuqi-- Chamdo Prefecture.
