Latest Official Tibet News - Tibet to Close from Feb. 8, 2012
Official News - From Feb. 8, 2012, China will close Tibet to foreign travellers and tourists from Hongkong, Macau and Taiwan, according to Tibet Tourism Bureau. They are banned to travel to anywhere of Tibet from Feb. 8th and those who are travelling in Tibet are asked to leave Tibet before this day. Tibet is expected to reopen in April of this year, according to the general manager of Tibettravel.Org.
